Active Research Interests

My main research interests lie in the areas of Artificial intelligence, Intelligent agent based systems, Autonomous Mobile Systems, Routing, Quality-of-Service (QoS) Networks, Wireless Sensor Networks, Wavelet Analysis, Multimedia Systems, Image Compression, Information Hidding, Video Tracking Systems, Swarm intelligence, Evolutionary computation, Genetic algorithms, Machine learning, and Neural networks. A special interest in the field of Swarm intelligence, Hybrid systems, Biometrics and Intelligent neuro-based learning. I have research group working in the areas of Intelligent Access security systems, Smart Video Surveillance Systems, Spy Navigating Robots and Automated Medical Diagnosis Systems. Its primary goal is to research and develop cutting-edge biometrics and intelligent surveillance technologies and applications.
